The whole team at Blossom have been great. After a hip replacement, Mum needed support and Blossom stepped in urgently when another care company badly let us down. They took care to fully understand what Mum needed and left a comprehensive care plan. Mum got on really well with her regular carer and
the others who covered from time to time. Blossom checked in regularly to ensure that we were happy and I could check online and see reports of the visits. Mum's carer helped her with getting up, washing/showering/dressing, helping Mum with breakfast, joining in doing her physio exercises, prepping lunch, tidying around and checking that Mum had everything to hand for her day ahead. As Mum recovered, Blossom was happy steadily to reduce the frequency of visits. Blossom's approach, level of support and attention to Mum's needs were exactly what was required. Mum is now back on her feet (literally) but if she ever needed home support again we'd go back to Blossom Care.

Thank you so much for your lovely words. Here at Blossom, we pride ourselves on giving support to our service users not only for what they need but also to what they desire. I am so glad that we were able to get Mum back on her feet at a pace she was comfortable with and that she is now back to being fully independent. Thank you again.

Carer was lovely and took great care of Mum with patience and tenderness, gave her a shower tried to get her to interact with painting, which she did before dementia, made sure she was comfy and had what she wanted but was always safe.

I started with Blossom Home Care as a client when it first opened. My condition is primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. The lovely care I had was very friendly and kind and good help with making my bed, cooking meals, cleaning, vacuuming and sometimes I'd go out on my powerchair with my carer for
breakfast or shopping etc. Care was top-notch for me. Thanks.

My mother has been using the service for around one year. The carers that have attended during that period have been very friendly, professional and caring. My experience is that the company do their best to maintain the same carer for their customer (in our case this is for my mother who has mobility
issues and suffers from Alzheimer's). This is great for elderly clients who need this kind of familiar face when receiving help.
The carers have always been punctual and on the odd occasion when they may be late due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, they have made contact with me to make me aware.
My mother is really happy with the service provided and has told Blossom Home Care this on their regular visits when they quality assure their service and check that they are still delivering the service required (as care needs change with time). Overall, very happy with the service and care provided. I have and would recommend to friends and family.

Blossom Care are looking after my elderly parents in their own home. The carers are kind and caring and give my parents the ability to be in their own environment.
If there are any issues regarding their care we are contracted and are able to communicate and resolve the issue.
The service they provide
helps keep my parents happy, clean, well fed and content.
We are happy with the service and care my parents are given.

I am a close family friend of a recent client of Blossom Home Care. The client was overall extremely satisfied with the care he received. The carers always put his needs first and if there were extra activities which were required, there were never any issues.
Blossom adapted to the client's changes
when appointments and outings were organised. Whenever I helped my friend to make changes, I was always met with a positive attitude from the carer.
I would definitely recommend Blossom.

Hi, I am Carri I have worked with Blossom Home Care since the beginning. I started as their Deputy manager and worked my way through their ranks from Registered Manager to Development Manager and when they started to Franchise in 2020 I became their Franchise Manager so I know the brand inside out you could say. At the beginning of 2022, my partner Darren decided that we would buy our own Franchise, so we started in Harrogate then at the beginning of 2024 we opened our Leeds office.

With my 20+ years of experience in the care industry and Darren's 7+ years in the industry along with his communications skills we believe we can deliver premium bespoke services to many individuals who need it and our aim is also to give local individuals the chance to work for a supportive company with a great team for a fantastic wage.
