Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across a diverse array of settings, supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds. It is through this journey that I have cultivated a profound passion for complex care supporting individuals living with both acute and long-term health conditions. Over the past seven years, I have gained extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Most recently, I spent two years in an acute ward, caring for patients with varying acute and complex care needs. Working with individuals of varying ages and complexities has fuelled my passion for providing patient-specific care.

My journey in health and social care began as a healthcare assistant and has progressed to my current role as a Branch Nurse for Esme Blake. During my two years on a haematology/oncology ward, I cared for patients through all stages of life, offering support to them and their families during very challenging times.

These experiences have underscored the importance of holistic care, driving me to specialise in this area.

With more than 5 years of Recruitment experience, I have had the privilege of getting to know and working closely with many very talented professionals throughout my career. I bring a deep understanding of recruitment processes, candidate selection, screening, and interviewing, and understand the importance of an excellent candidate recruitment experience.

I joined Esme Blake Care Services to oversee and develop our Recruitment and Compliance processes to ensure that we bring on board the very best talent who are not only skilled but also align deeply with our core values of compassion and excellence, ensuring that all staff are fully compliant along the way.
