CHD Complex Care exists as part of CHD Living; a group of family owned, award winning care services, and is proud to provide advanced, specialised, and personalised home care for individuals living with complicated respiratory and neurological conditions.

Packages offered are person centred and carried out by highly skilled and trained carers, under the guidance of nurses and with advice from clinical experts and consultants, who themselves have decades of combined experiences in leading neurodisability service.

In order to ensure collaboration, CHD Complex Care pays attention to the opinions, desires, and concerns of its service users as well as working closely with Case Managers, Brain injury lawyers, and Continuing Healthcare teams within the Integrated Care Boards in the NHS. Service users can also make a direct approach to discuss clinical needs and set up a care plan through the arrangement of an assessment.
