Trusted Homecare understands the importance of delivering exceptional care, you can expect the highest standards whether it's assistance with help around the home or support in managing complex health conditions. Services are tailored around your individual needs and no request is too small. Trusted Homecare provides tailored support to individuals over the age of 18 and older people from 2 hours a week up to 24/7 support and can include live in care options.

Services are flexible to the needs of each individual, these can include support with personal hygiene such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating and medication administration; home help covering all aspects of day-to-day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties; and companionship services that can involve everything from escorting clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company, Trusted Homecare also provide Holiday Cover for those visiting the Island with relatives who may require a little extra support whilst enjoying the Island.

Their team, led by experienced Health and Social Care Professionals, employ Caregivers for their professionalism, dedication and empathy with care values which match the providers. Trusted Homecare strives to provide familiar Caregivers to their clients, to build up meaningful relationships and provide support which enables their clients to live the life they choose, with familiar routines, supported by Caregivers they trust.

Trusted Homecare wholeheartedly believes that providing a tailored service that is unique to individuals will enable their clients to have a better quality of life. With the experience of the care management team, services can be adapted to meet the changing needs of individuals who choose to remain living happily, within their own home, surrounded by fond memories for as long as possible.

Trusted Homecare has been brilliant since we switched to them in April 2024. They are very flexible of changing needs and have been very supportive to the whole family. Trusted Homecare has been excellent in emergency situations and liaison with the hospital and the family.
