Born out of a desire to positively transform the lives of the people they provide care and support to along with their families, Golden Square Healthcare Limited provides various services such as but not limited to: adult personal care, dementia care, physical disability care, companionship, household and shopping services.

The agency recognises that each client is unique in their own way and as such, each client receives an assessment to determine their personal needs and their care and support package will be built around these needs to ensure you receive person centred care. The assessments are performed by a team of fully qualified and NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) registered nurses with well over 60 years of experience between them.

The assessors' experience and training includes DOLS (Deprivation Of Liberties Safeguard), MCA (Mental Capacity Assessment), Patient Safety and Governance as well as Patient Centred Care Practitioner - these attributes alone ensure that each client will receive the attention and detailed assessment they need to ensure they get outstanding care all the time.

Care and support is delivered by experienced and fully trained care staff who are well equipped to to deliver exceptional care under the leadership and guidance of the nursing management team. Staff are well supported, receive ongoing training, have personal development opportunities and their well-being is of paramount importance to the agency as this enables them to be happy in their work and therefore will deliver excellent care every time.

The agency is committed to ensuring that the care every client receives is centred around them, their needs and will involve the input of the relevant parties (family / friends) who can contribute to formulating the optimal care package that will ensure they get outstanding care leaving all involved feeling confident and reassured that your loved one is in safe caring hands.

The leadership and management of Golden Square are fabulous and I cannot thank them enough for their ongoing service and kindness. All staff are polite and friendly, giving their best. My mum had great care and Golden Square has been amazing regarding flexibility of service. A larger care company could

I booked the company to provide a carer to accompany my mum from hospital to attend her granddaughter's wedding. They assisted Mum in getting ready and accompanied her to the church and returned her to the ward afterwards. I found them very reassuring and accommodating. We had to change the plan several
times as Mum became unwell and this was never a problem.

I needed an urgent call out for my mum who had fallen. They came out quickly and were absolutely great with Mum. They cared for her and made sure she was ok. She ended up having to go to hospital and they stayed with her until she was ready to go.

My 94-year-old husband became unwell and was prone to falls. He required support with some daily tasks. Golden Square provided a team to support us well, ensuring he was taken care of and kept safe. They helped with visits to the GP for checkups. When he was admitted to hospital they provided additional
support when the nursing team was busy. They also helped me get to hospital visits. They are a very caring, considerate and professional team. All will feel safe in their hands.
