His previous high-level roles give him the best skills to ensure C4 Care is continuously operating at its highest level.

Hayfa has worked for C4 Care since March 2021. She has been instrumental in the development of C4 Care and has excellent relationships with our local authority partners.

Hayfa is keen to extend the high-quality service C4 Care provides to more customers in the future.

With care experience spanning 35 years, Elizabeth is highly skilled in the Care Industry. She is devoted to ensuring care is delivered to the highest quality.

Jade originally joined as a support worker in July 2023 and was promoted to Care Coordinator in November 2023. In her current role, she manages the rotas for the Cheshire and St Helens areas, ensuring they align with carers' availability while also providing the best possible care for service users. This role highlights her exceptional organisational, communication, and planning skills.

Lindsey's role involves providing care and support for children's packages with complex medical and social needs. She is responsible for assessing and preparing appropriate carers to meet the needs of both the children and their families. A key part of her role is communication, as she liaises with various professionals within the multi-disciplinary team to enhance care delivery and ensure optimal support is achieved.

Kate's role involves coordinating and managing the care of individuals with complex medical, physical, and social needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and efficient resource utilisation. She collaborates with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

I am responsible for rota management for the St Helens and Chester Area, making sure the schedule fits the carer's availability and works well for them as well as making sure it is a suitable time for the carers and services users. This shows my exceptional organisational, communication and planning skills.

Assist with all aspects within the accounts department for C4 care. This includes weekly payroll for carers, weekly invoicing to clients, credit control and updating all council & NHS portals.

My Job role includes making sure rotas are completed and having great communication between myself, staff and our clients. I attended the NWVS Cascade training at Wythenshawe Hospital, which now allows me to help learning carers use this equipment whilst also signing their competencies off. I'm also on a train-the-trainer course at the end of this month which will cover moving and handling.
