Good Company Care is a family-run business and is currently being run by Timothy and Anna Ratcliffe. Anna Ratcliffe is the Registered Manager and is in charge of the day-to-day running of the business along with Emma who attends to the administration and supports in providing exceptional care to. Timothy supports both Anna and Emma with the daily running of the company and is involved in the care of clients. Timothy's many years as a community nurse contribute to the thorough assessment of the care needs of the clients.
The ethos of the company is to establish a happy and positive workplace providing dignified care that is compassionate, kind and tailored to every individual’s needs. With a strong streak of humanity in all areas, promoting friendship and being good company, in this way facilitates the continuation of a good quality life in the client’s home.
