I would avoid this company at all costs. My dad has been user since January. They turn up when they want. Office changes times. They have no info on user. Not any idea on medication half of the time. They have served him cold food. Then are rough with him and going around other staff saying he is nasty.
They are supposed to order medication and pick up don't do that either. He has time critical medication and still do what they want. You phone office have meetings and it gets worse. The lady who came out for info was more interested in her family life more than users. Would score Zero but not available.

At first was good, but slowly derailed. Continuous lateness, never on time. If had money to do so, this company would no longer be needed.
Very unhappy with the service app, very confusing, cannot comment on it.

Reply from Ronnie Gwindi, Registered Service Manager at Springfield Healthcare (Sheffield)

I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the care service offered to you during your time with Springfield. I understand how frustrating it must be when your expectations are not met. Although external issues, such as traffic, can occasionally impact carer's punctuality, we do expect the same Springfield standard to be upheld by all. We value quality care and expect no less from any of our carers. We would like to hear more about your experience, and your issues with the app, so we can investigate this issue further and ensure this does not happen again. With this in mind, I will ensure that our Quality Assurance Lead makes contact with you to discuss your concerns further and explore potential solutions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
