Reply from Ronnie Gwindi, Registered Service Manager at Springfield Healthcare (Sheffield)
I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the care service offered to you during your time with Springfield. I understand how frustrating it must be when your expectations are not met. Although external issues, such as traffic, can occasionally impact carer's punctuality, we do expect the same Springfield standard to be upheld by all. We value quality care and expect no less from any of our carers. We would like to hear more about your experience, and your issues with the app, so we can investigate this issue further and ensure this does not happen again. With this in mind, I will ensure that our Quality Assurance Lead makes contact with you to discuss your concerns further and explore potential solutions. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
