Friendly and professional. Every visit was a pleasure. When I first came out of hospital it was overwhelming, so my helper from Horizons was understanding and I felt we had known each other for years. Whatever I needed doing what she did with a smile. My home is clean and sparkling. Also i was good
to have someone to chat with. I would recommend Horizons Homecare.

Excellent care delivered by the same carers for my mother-in-law which is fantastic. They are always on time and happy to support with all needs. We cannot thank Horizons Homecare enough. Not at all surprised that there are so many five star reviews here as everyone we have dealt with has gone over and above expectations. My mother-in-law likes that she has the same carers, who are all lovely with her - she blows them kisses as they leave! They
don't just provide the basics - they chat with her and we have seen a difference in her because of that.
The entire team are well turned out, polite and punctual. James responded to our urgent request the same day, going out of his way to do the risk assessment so that care could start quickly. Highly recommend .

Since changing to Horizons I cannot believe the difference in my mum. She is treated with great care and respect. The carers ensure my mum is clean all the time. They also clean the house and are on top of everything. With everything they do for Mum also reflects on my dad. He is feeling much more at
ease and at 86 this gives me great peace of mind. My personal opinion of the care given is as though it was each carer's own family.

The staff at Horizons have been outstanding, they treat my Grandmother so well. We have seen a positive difference in the happiness of Grandma since Horizons took over, she loves the staff! Horizons Homecare recently took over for my grandma and I am so happy they did. The difference in care to previous care is amazing. My grandma is much happier. The carers are lovely, they are punctual which creates a relaxed routine for both my grandma and grandad. The same carers attend which is great
because they create a bond and a welcomed sense of familiarity. They have motivated my grandma and she has perked up which is lovely to see. Thank you.

We started using horizons in may 2024 and really wish that we had used them earlier. Nan has had nothing but good words to say about her team and her experience, which is rare because she used to complain all the time about the previous girls. I just want to say thank you for all of your hard work.
I know it has been difficult and you have persisted with us to get the package of care started and we are all so thankful. I wish I could recommend you to more people.

If I could shout to the world about how caring and professional the Horizons team are I would. Mum and Dad have had problem after problem with both of their previous care companies and in all fairness we all thought moving to another company would just give us more problems but it definitely hasn't.
I do remember our last company promising regular carers but that didn't happen. We received males when mum didn't want males and the list goes on. The carers at Horizons Homecare are just wonderful! They care for Mum and Dad so much, they care emotionally for us when we need the support. They always turn up on time (unless the council puts in more stupid road works) and they always have a smile on their faces. If I had known about them sooner one hundred per cent we would have used them from the very beginning. I would highly recommend using them because they are better and they are cheaper than our last company. It doesn't feel like anything is ever a problem and we all feel confident now!

The staff are amazing with my friend, I have seen a huge improvement in them mentally, knowing what they have been through and how difficult it has been finding the right home care this has amazed me! It has eased my worries and stress so much knowing the care my friend is receiving, it goes above and
beyond what is expected all whilst maintaining dignity and pride. This is a truly special and well-run establishment that has the trust and faith not just of the clients but just as importantly the loved ones of clients.

From our initial call to starting our care Horizons couldn't have been more helpful. They made us feel safe and calm in one of our most difficult times. They have allowed me and my family to take quality time with our grandad rather than being his caregiver. The whole team are truly amazing. Dementia
has been a tough pill to swallow for grandma but they support her too. They always check on her during the visits and are so patient and supportive with Grandad as he gets more confused. We have a great team of carers that we have all gotten to know, it's great that Grandma knows all the staff it makes her feel safe too.

They came to visit me and Mum to talk about how they could help. The problem was that we always had a care provider but we really wanted to move because we were really unhappy. The carers were so nice and gave us lots of advice. We got to meet our carers before they started officially which was nice
for Mum and all of us. It showed us they valued the family/friendship aspect of us. Now they only send the same carers (our girls) and Mum is better than ever. Thank you!
