I am Hannah Flack, the Registered Care Manager for Heritage Healthcare in Leicester. My journey in the care sector began when I left school at 16 years old. Starting in a care home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and later transitioning to residential care, I quickly fell in love with this field. Even though I explored different paths and became a mother, I was drawn back to the role of a care worker in the community. My dedication to care has only deepened over the years.

My career in the care sector has been diverse and progressive. I started as a care worker and steadily advanced through various positions, including Field Care Supervisor, Quality and Compliance Officer, Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager, and now, Registered Manager. Each role has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and understanding, allowing me to effectively support the people in my care and help them achieve the best outcomes for their needs.

From the moment I began working in the care sector, I knew I had found my calling. My passion for helping others has only grown stronger with time. Even during periods when I explored other interests and embraced motherhood, I always felt a pull back to care work. This deep-seated commitment drives me every day to provide the highest quality of care to our service users. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
