Ela is a student of Adult Social Care and is a bright and friendly individual. She has completed all her care qualifications an enjoys providing companion care to our clients.

I have worked in the care industry for over 18 years in various care settings with Adults and Children with different ranges of care requirements.

My career ambition has always been Health and social care, this is where I started my journey in 2005 as a Domiciliary carer as I wanted to make a difference in people's lives within this sector, then have been successful throughout my career to achieve the experience and knowledge that I have gained.

I am very much a people person and enjoy managing People to ensure that the best service is delivered to all clients within the sector.

Within Health and Social, I enjoy supporting individuals receive the quality of care within their own homes and supporting their decision for them to remain in their own homes which enables them to be as independent as possible no matter the level of care that they require. I am very proud of how far I have come within my career in Health and Social Care and can honestly say how much I enjoy my job, every day is different and rewarding even if this is challenging.

Throughout my career, I have supported operationally large teams to ensure that the best results were delivered across their organisation.

My recent achievement is to come on board the In-Home Care Management team as an Operation Director who supports with Business Development within the Woodford and Loughton Branch.
