I was struggling to look after my 95-year-old uncle in my own home. I spent a morning phoning several care providers. Supreme Care phoned back and came that same evening. A particular carer arrived and immediately struck up a conversation with my uncle. He was thorough, gentle, kind, and most of all
very professional. The carer showered or washed my uncle every evening and got him ready for bed, attaching his night bag to the catheter and giving him his medication.
Supreme Care was the best choice I made. The stress of looking after a frail elderly uncle was relieved. He was excellent and his support was immeasurable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Supreme Care. Thank you to my uncle's carer.

  • a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.

    The Average Rating of 5.000 for Supreme Care Birmingham is calculated as follows: ( (6 Excellents x 5) ) ÷ 6 Ratings = 5

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Supreme Care Birmingham is based on 1 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 = 3
