Public / Bank Holidays will be double of the above
Rates may be reviewed in line with changes in legislative or Local Authority requirements.
a) Charges
The above are all inclusive and in normal circumstances there will be no extra charges other than
mileage shopping/errands agreed in advance at 45p per mile (services are currently exempt from
VAT) Rates are subject to change based on any significant increase in care requirements. Any such
increase will be disclosed and agreed with the fund provider prior to implementation.
b) Public holidays Charges
Public holiday charges will apply on all statutory public holidays from midnight to midnight.
c) Live in Services
We provide a live in care service, where a care worker who will be living in and available to assist in
personal care during the day and to be on call during the night. This is a bespoke service tailored to
individual needs and assessment. Further details and rates can be provided by the manager upon request.
d) Timesheets/Electric call monitoring (ECM)
