Hi good morning. I have known the company to assist my friend nearly a year. The care has been no good as a very close friend of mine has been in hospital for over two months. She is coming home on Wednesday and has been told that she needs oxygen 24/7 a day now. She has sleep apnea and when the carers
came in they couldn't be bothered to wash her properly or make sure she was taking a medication and using a oxygen machine. Now she needs use the oxygen machine 24/7. She has cellulitis and now her livers are giving up. She did ask the carers the phone up the doctor's and making appointment for her because she can't do it herself. She's disabled and they wouldn't do it. I did complain about this about 3 or 4 or 5 months ago and the person that I spoke to said it's not in the care package. Now it is, I will be taking this further, if anything happens to her I will be suing the company.
