As a Registered Manager, Will has overall responsibility for the leadership of Philphos Healthcare Services and ensures full compliance with statutory regulations, as laid down by the Care Quality Commission.
Will is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of experience in healthcare delivery. He has worked extensively in the hospital and in the community supporting vulnerable adults in their activities of daily living, ensuring they maintain good well-being while living in their homes. He also holds a degree in Accounting and Financial Management. Will is passionate about delivering excellent care tailored to the needs of the service users.
When Will is not at Philphos Healthcare, he enjoys being at home with his family, attends services at his church and spends time working with local community groups aiming to bring people together, especially those who may be isolated and lonely.
Job Title: Deputy Manager
Ade is a Registered Social Worker and has worked with Birmingham City Council for many years. She also holds a Master’s degree in Nursing. Ade is organised and has attention to detail. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in life. As a Deputy Manager, Ade coordinates the activities of the caregivers, is involved in recruitment, and daily admin and supports the team.
When not at work, Ade loves spending time with her family. She likes to travel or watch TV soaps. She loves to cook and bake.
