I recruited Bell Social Services, following a less than satisfactory experience with a previous care provider. Happily this new experience is proving to be much improved. In the main I am visited by 3 principal carers, whom I consider to be excellent, but my experience with 3 or 4 others, clearly, new
recruits has not been ideal. Having advised management of my views, it is my understanding the novice personnel are undergoing greater supervision, which should improve future experience. I have other experience with management, with whom I believe I have a good relationship, and have no complaints.
