In 2020, Aaron’s mother passed away from cancer and his family was in the fortunate position to have home care 24/7 at her home. Without this help, the passing would have been much more traumatic. Coming out of the healing process following this loss, Aaron wanted to find a vocation that would honour his mother and help others in their times of need. This attracted him to a home caring business. Aaron is committed to building a strong and caring team led by Leticia and is always striving for improvement.

I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager with a strong foundation in the care industry, backed by over three years of hands-on experience as a Carer and two years as a Care Coordinator. My career has been driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring that all individuals receive the respect, dignity, and support they deserve.

With extensive experience in both direct caregiving and coordination roles, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of care management. As a Carer, I honed my skills in providing empathetic, tailored support to clients, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs. My role as a Care Coordinator further enhanced my ability to oversee and manage care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

In my current role as a Registered Manager, I leverage my comprehensive background to lead and inspire teams, streamline operations, and maintain the highest standards of care. I am proficient in managing resources, conducting risk assessments, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. My leadership style is collaborative and supportive, fostering a positive work environment where staff feel valued and empowered to deliver their best.
