    Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget. We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we'll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

We have been using Alina Care for the last month or so for mum, who sadly has early-stage Alzheimer's, she gets rather confused but wants to remain at home as long as possible. After looking into different Care providers and one carer from Alina who visited mum at home with my brother and me - we really
liked her calmness, caring attitude and the way she spoke to mum, Alina was able to be flexible and provide the type of care we thought we would be suitable. They help her with medication, food and showering and go in every day to give us peace of mind that she's safe and coping. The reporting back to us is excellent, so we get regular feedback if there are any issues or worries. So far very pleased with the service and care they are giving to mum.

Finding the right agency was easy once Alina Homecare visited my mum.
They made my mum feel at ease by asking the right questions in a subtle way.

My 91-year-old dad has lived with us since Nov 2017. Age takes its toll, as does caring 24/7 for a loved one with severe mobility and health issues 24/7. Earlier this year we approached Alina. Their Manager was detail-oriented, empathetic and had a grounding sense of humour which appealed to me no end.
We
set up an early a.m. personal care plan for my dad, who was involved in every step of the process. He relaxed into these changes well. It couldn't have been easy for him, but it was a blessing for me.
Alina's carers are always on time and they always arrive bright and cheery. They are incredibly gentle and very thorough. It's great to hear my dad chatting and laughing with them.
I honestly can't rate the team and the care they provide highly enough.

I live in the USA, so it is vitally important that Mum and Dad's live-in carers are able to provide the caring and professional service they need. Alina has stepped up to the plate and continues to provide a great service. Mum and Dad think of the carer as the daughter they never had! Living overseas
it is important that I know they are being properly cared for and that they are happy and Alina provides that assurance through their regular updates and indirectly from how Mum and Dad talk about the carer on telephone calls. The quality of care that Alina provide is excellent but it is also those intangibles they provide that enrich Mum and Dads day to day living experience. Thanks, Alina I sleep well knowing you are there.
