Can't recommend Clarity Homecare enough for their care and support shown to our mom and our family whilst dad was rushed into hospital. The carer arrived the same day of contacting and started that very night. They promised they would treat mom like a queen and they certainly did that. Clarity Homecare
have restored our trust and faith in carers and I would not hesitate in recommending them 100%.

Job Title: Registered Manger

I began my career in the care sector in 2006, supporting individuals with learning difficulties and complex care needs. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with diverse populations, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, physical disabilities, hearing and sensory impairments, mental health challenges, as well as the general elderly and frail.

Throughout my time in the care sector, I have witnessed firsthand how vulnerable individuals can be taken advantage of due to their disabilities and impairments. This troubling reality motivated me to pursue further qualifications to deepen my understanding of how to better support individuals and improve their quality of life. Between 2009 and 2010, I completed NVQ Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 in Health and Social Care, equipping myself with the necessary skills and knowledge to advocate effectively for those in need.

My journey in this field has not been without its challenges. I faced significant victimization and bullying from care providers when I challenged unsafe and poor practices in my workplace. Despite these obstacles, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to protecting individuals from abuse and harm. I firmly believe that personalized support and encouragement, delivered in the right way, can make a profound difference in the lives of those I serve.

I am deeply passionate about delivering the highest quality of care, ensuring that we meet the fluctuating needs of individuals effectively. My goal is to empower those I work with, helping them to achieve their fullest potential and enhance their overall well-being
