Additionally, the office staff have been fantastic whenever I've needed to make adjustments to her care. Whether it was tweaking schedules or addressing any concerns, they were always understanding, professional, and quick to respond. Their efficiency and willingness to accommodate our needs have made all the difference.

Prior to joining us, she gained valuable experience in the domiciliary care sector, having worked as a Quality Assurance Officer and later as a Field Officer. With over 3 years of experience in the care sector, Tamil has developed a deep understanding of care delivery and the importance of high-quality, flexible support.
Tamil’s career journey in care began as a Quality Intern, where she gained experience across various departments, conducted training for carers, and developed a strong rapport with both clients and staff. Her passion for improving care services grew as she witnessed first-hand the impact of quality support on both clients and carers. She is committed to creating a more flexible and quality-focused care sector to ensure a higher standard of care for individuals.
One of Tamil’s proudest achievements in her current role is securing the CQC registration for RSW Healthcare Services, a significant milestone for the company. Her dedication to the sector continues to drive her efforts to elevate care standards and improve the lives of those we care for.
