Hi, I am Nicola McCormick, and I am the Service Manager for KPSS NL. What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of people we support, I find my role incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to help individuals remain independent in their own homes while achieving their personal goals and desired outcomes. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of growing our service, meeting incredible people and developing person-centred care plans tailored to their unique needs. At KPSS, we are committed to empowering both our staff and the people we support, fostering a positive and supportive environment that promotes growth and development. What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is supporting individuals to have their own choice about their lives and how they want to live it. I also feel very privileged that the people we support allow me to be a part of their lives.

Hi, I am Ashleigh Anderson, and I am the Team Manager for KPSS NL. What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is that I can see a difference from the people we support every day with each interaction wither it’s big or small contributes to their overall well-being and quality of life. Being at Keane I feel really supported within the company and having my supported managers to help me progress at any time makes me feel very valued and confident, being able to witness the positive changes in our clients from achieving personal goals and knowing I can make someone’s life better every day and meeting their required needs makes me feel rewarded in my job

Hi, I am Helen McLenaghan, and I am one of the Team Leaders for KPSS NL. What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is it’s a great run family business to work for that provides care for the needs of their service users and has a high quality of care which all our service users benefit from, I enjoy going out to our service users and fulfilling their needs in every way, I love meeting new service users and helping them progress with their goals and qualities. With having the right support, I can come and talk to any of the management team accordingly if something bothers me or if I am unsure about something.

What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is the privilege of caring for people in their own homes and enabling them to maintain their own independence and dignity in a space that feels safe and familiar to them. It’s incredibly fulfilling to support younger adults in building their confidence and encouraging them to engage with our community, helping them enjoy meaningful social interactions and experiences. Keane has been a great opportunity for me, if I hadn’t been for my wonderful management team I wouldn’t have progressed to where I am today. I really enjoy knowing I play a part in their lives and making that bit of change is what inspires me every day

What I enjoy the most about working at Keane is my passion for supporting both staff and service users to ensure that our operations in the office run smoothly, I take pride in ability to manage schedules, coordinate resources and maintain accurate records of high-quality care. Working in this sector within the role I give out has taught me importance of empathy and communication. What I enjoy the most about Keane is how well my managers have supported me since I have started till present, throughout my apprenticeship to having a full-time employment persuades me to work harder each day, This company has pushed me to the fullest and will provide me with anything I need within my role, This role has showed me how important it is making a positive difference every day with either giving out support or a phone call to brighten up someone’s day
