As my Dad's live-in carer, and have been supporting his personal care needs solely on my own for over a year prior to Caremark commencing in February 2024, they have literally been our angels.
I've managed care services for many years, and Caremark's standards of care are truly outstanding. The training
of the carers is exceptionally high and the attention to detail from the supervisor to ensure person-centred care is always at the centre of the delivery of care is so apparent.
The consistency, reliability and professionalism shown by all care staff is a real credit to the organisation and their high standards for their clients and families alike.
