This is a great question to help you understand the size of the team, how long they’ve been working with the company and whether or not you’d fit in. It may also give an insight into how much team working there is rather than lone working – then you can decide if this fits with how you like to work. In a home care agency, the staff will be both office-based and field-based so it’s good to understand how team work is promoted within the agency.
6. Can you tell me about the training and induction offered?
By asking this question, you can understand if the company offer a structured training and induction plan to help you settle in. Generally, a company that has a structured training and induction plan will be invested in your success.
7. What are the next steps in the hiring process?
This question is a nice way to end the interview. By asking this question, you’ll understand the timeline and if there’s any further interviews or meeting required. You’ll then know when you should expect to hear if you’ve been successful.
