The level of care, duty and responsibility will vary depending on the individual needs of the care recipient. They ensure their staff offer the best service to their clients, including:
• Ensure independence whenever possible
• Deliver dignified and sensitive care at all times
• Maintain and complete daily logs to ensure continuity of care and confidentiality at all times
• Assist those with limited mobility, making good use of mobility aids
