Your role as a Carer includes:
•   Providing support and companionship to your clients.
•   Personal care such as bathing, dressing, helping to the bathroom.
•   Preparing drinks and Meals and helping them to eat if necessary.
•   Administering medication.
•   Accompanying the client to appointments or maybe even just for walks outside for fresh air.
•   Completing care plans and notes for each visit.
•   Reporting any changes in behaviour or concerns you have for a client to head office or to your line manager
