We are seeking genuinely caring and enthusiastic Personal Assistants / Carers to support our clients to live independently. We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). As we aim to remain Covid Free with our loved & valued clients, we supply ‘top shelf’ PPE to keep you safe. We are a highly professional company however we are human, fun and realistic. We believe in continuity of care so we like to keep carers in set areas as much as possible and all of our work is on set runs with minimal travel between calls.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

• Full UK Driving Licence. (With your own transport to travel to clients' homes).

• DBS (formerly CRB) check

• References

• Mandatory Training

(Due to the nature of the role and personal care, some clients prefer female carers).

Duties & Responsibilities of a Care Assistant:

• Caring for service users with various needs
• Serving/Preparing meals for service users
• Supporting service users with personal care including dressing, undressing, bathing, toileting, application of creams and lotions
• Offering emotional support
• Monitoring service user’s condition
• Providing regular observations and communicating any identified concerns to the Care Coordinator

Key Skills Required for the Role Include:

• Relationship Orientated
• Enthusiastic and passionate about care
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Good spoken and written English
• Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care
