1 to 1 Care are an independent family operated Care Agency, who have been providing high quality personal care to vulnerable adult Clients in South Oxfordshire since 2004. 1 to 1 Care are highly regarded by both our Clients and other Health Care Professionals, our culture is very simple Client best interests always comes first. We are a very friendly team that really do operate as team with one passion to provide the best support for our Clients. 

We provide comprehensive training from the very beggining in addition to full shadowing and mentoring to ecourage, support and help you grow into the role. Training is ongoing with our highly trained and very experienced team of Care Professionals. In addition professionally recognised NVQ's in Health & Social Care can be undertaken.
