The job role involves providing care and support to vulnerable adults within our local community.

You will assist with personal care, medication administration and offer companionship and mental wellbeing support.

Our pay structure means there is no hidden, unpaid travel time within your hourly rate.

You are paid from when you start work to when you finish work; The way it should be!

Our shifts are:

• AM: 06:00-11:00 (approx. 5 hours)

• Lunch: 11:00-15:00 (approx. 4 hours)

• Tea: 15:00-19:00 (approx. 4 hours)

• PM: 19:00-23:00 (approx. 4 hours)

• We also have day and night shifts available!

The areas we cover are:

• Tamworth

• Lichfield

• Areas of North Warwickshire (Polesworth, Dordon, Grendon)

We have full time and part time positions available for various shift patterns.

Our specialist training and ongoing support will equip you with all the skills you need to become the best care assistant you can be.

Must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
