Pay Rate: £11:44 - £11.90

Driving: Preferred (but not essential) 

Self-Employed: UTR required for self-assessment purposes.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant - Bank Staff to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in both supported living and domicillary care settings.  This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in varied care environments, supporting clients both in their homes and in supported living arrangements.  As a self-employed worker, you will manage your own taxes and must provide a valid UTR Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number.

Responsiblities:

Providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks

Supporting clients with mobility, meal preparation, medication and general well-being

Assisting clients in supported lining setting to promote independence and social inclusion

Ensuring dignity, independence and well-being of all clients

Following care plans and reporting any concerns to the care coordinator or management

Requirements:

Experience in care work, preferably in both supported living and domicilliary care settings (preferred but not essential)

Completion of Skills for Care training or willingness to complete it (mandaotry)

Valid UTR number (for self-assessment tax purposes)

Driving  license required (but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and willingness to travel to different locations as needed
