Home Care Support Worker

CSM Group Care has part-time(10 - 16hrs) vacancies for permanent home carers to include weekends. This role will be based in Kettering.

Requirements for Home Care Support Worker role:

  • Previous experience is preferable but not essential as we have have a supportive training team and a blended approach to learning

  • Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential as a DBS can be actioned

  • You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role.

  • To possess good manners and a flexible approach

  • Ability to communicate on all levels

  • This job will require travel between service user's properties and therefore owning your own transport is essential (Car, Motorbike, Moped, Cycle)

  • Full UK driving licence required and vehicle business insurance where applicable

Responsibilities of Home Care Support Worker role:

  • Providing personal care - dressing, medication administration, food prep, light cleaning and shopping, sitting/social service within the clients own homes.
