Job Position: Weekend On Call Supervisor (Part Time Position)

We are looking for friendly, reliable and experienced Weekend Supervisors/Senior Carers to support our teams of weekend CARE Workers from On-call support, conducting spot checks, introducing Carers to Clients, performing care visits where required and supporting Carers through shadowing with new and existing clients.

Job Details:
This is initially part time work in Warrington which may lead to full time position at a later date for a suitable candidate.
You will be supported by a dedicated, professional and hardworking team.
Guaranteed 16 - 20 hours contract per week (depending on availability).

Qualifications:

• Must have full availability during weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday).
• Have an NVQ / QCF Qualification in Health and Social care
• Have worked as a paid carer in the past
• Have a positive approach to work
• Be able to form strong positive relationships with co-workers
• Willing to go 'above and beyond' the line of duty
• Have a caring and compassionate ethos
• Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
