Live in Carer

We are looking for a proven and experienced live-in carer who has a kind and peaceful way of supporting and looking after elderly clients.

Home Counties Carers is a local family-owned care business, we are rated as OUTSTANDING, we believe that our clients deserve the best care, we only recruit the best Carers, and we take pride in supporting and taking care of our Live in Carers.

Our client is in reasonable health, requires assistance with personal care, is mobile with assistance. She has a GSOH, strong family support and lives in a comfortable and clean house near our office in East Horsley, Surrey. Duties will include:

Meds prompting 

Personal care

Light domestic duties

Companionship

Meal preparation

D2D management of the house including shopping, post management, assistance with the use of the phones

At Home Counties Carers we have a fantastic office Team in place to support all our live-in Carers. We only take on packages that are within a 40-minute drive of the office, so we are able to get to you if you need help and support.

We prefer if our carers can work for between 4 and 8 weeks before having a break but this does depend on the Client and the stresses of the job.  Most of our Carers work between 8 and 10 hours a day with a rest break of 2 hours. 

You are paid monthly by BACS, for Carers we employ you will be added to the Company pension scheme, receive paid holiday and SSP.

All Carers will need to provide evidence that they are legally able to work in the UK.
