Field Care Supervisor

The Care Collection is recruiting a Field Care Supervisor to join our award winning team.

Hours: 25 hours per week

Rate of pay: £12.64 per hour

Please note: We do not offer sponsorship, we don't have a licence.

The Care Collection provides Home Care to individuals of all ages. Our services include companionship, domestic support, personal care through to more complex care, with minimum 1-hour calls.

Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to Clients and the Care team in Kirklees and surrounding areas.

Tasks will include:

• Support and manage our Care Team, including practical training and mentoring
• Support our Clients, including regularly assessing their needs
• Perform direct observations and competency checks
• Auditing records
• Maintain close liaison with the Office team
• Act as a link between our Care Team and Clients, and the Office team
• Oversee care quality control and compliance
• Monitor and supervise the care service to ensure it is of the highest quality
• Cover care calls as and when required
• Support the service on-call

What we look for

It’s important to us that our Field Care Supervisors have the following qualities

• NVQ Level 3 or above (or working towards)
• Knowledge and experience of CQC and compliance
• Genuine passion for high quality home care
• Self-motivated, well-organised & reliable
• Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
• Good communicator
• Driving license and access to own vehicle
