Care Assistant

Summary

We are looking for Care Assistants to work evening shifts starting from 15:00pm – 23:00pm and weekend shifts starting from 7:00am – 23:00pm (breaks included). We currently cover the areas of Sunderland and Washington.

- £12.00 Monday – Friday

- £12.50 Saturday and Sunday

- Fuel Allowance For Drivers

Requirements;
- This role requires you to hold a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Duties;
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver personalised care services to clients in their homes or care facilities. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will;

- Provide high-quality personal care to clients according to individual care plans
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of clients
