Personal Assist/Support worker

York Personal Support are recruiting specifically for a customer living in her own home in Acomb, York.

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to assist the customer to live as independently as possible, supporting her with all aspects of personal care and daily living tasks.

The post is for an average of 16 hours a week on a rolling 4 week rota.

Opportunity to increase hours if able, to cover for team holidays and sickness.

The hours are a combination of 4 sleep-ins a month and support both before and after the sleep-in, lunch and teatime visits. (9.30pm-7.30am, 10.30-12.30pm and 3.30-5pm).

Applicants must be animal lovers as they will be required to carry out pet care too.

Training and an enhanced DBS will be provided.
