Complex Support Worker (1:2)

Affexa Care Services are a Stafford based home care provider in the business of enabling Independence. Providing support in personal care, accessing the community, medication management and administration to name but a few.

Our team is on the lookout to recruit some new support workers; people who have the right values and attitude to be part of our Affexa Care Services Team --- Could it be you?

The suitable candidate would ideally be local, and a full clean driving licence is necessary to drive our client’s vehicle.

This position is based In Burton upon Trent.

The position is to support a young man on 2:1 basis with physical disabilities and complex needs. Supporting with Personal Care and accessing the community in his mobility vehicle. The successful candidate will be working alongside a primary support Worker and ensuring that our client has the best person-centred care at all times.

We are looking for candidates who are happy to take on a new challenge to support a young man with complex needs in all aspects of day to day living. Our aim is to find people who meet our values and attitudes to match our own! We would like our new additions to have a positive “can do” attitude, along with a naturally caring nature.
