As a Home Care Assistant at Abney & Baker, you’ll:

·  Be paid for the full rate of your shift, including any gaps and waiting time

·  Earn the 25% overtime rate for any extra shifts worked

·  Have realistic travel times paid at 45p per mile as standard

·  Guaranteed hours -no zero-hour contracts and no pressure to take extra shifts

·  Be able to access your pay within days of working a shift through our Early Pay Programme

If you have:

·  A valid driving license and access to a car for work

·  Right to work in the UK and proof of settled status

·  Empathy, compassion and a dedication to helping others

·  Availability to work full or part-time hours between 7.00am-3.00pm and 3.00pm-10.00pm.

·  The ability to work some shifts on alternate weekends

·  A strong desire to support people in your community who need extra help to continue living happily & safely in their own homes
