As a well-established and growing care provider, we are expanding our team and looking for a Care Coordinator / Supervisor to help us continue delivering the exceptional, person-centered care that we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating and overseeing care plans to ensure every client receives the highest quality of care.
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting our amazing care team to maintain excellence in service delivery.
  • Conducting client assessments and regular reviews to ensure their needs are met.
  • Managing schedules, rostering, and liaising with carers and clients to ensure smooth care delivery.
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in domiciliary care and in a care coordination or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compassionate, person-centered approach to care.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
