Job Description: As a Community Carer with Responsive Care Group, you will be a vital part of our team, providing essential support to clients in their homes. Your role will involve delivering compassionate, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for each individual. You will assist with daily living activities, ensuring clients receive the support they need while maintaining their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with medication management and health monitoring
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition

Requirements:

  • A full English driver's license is essential
  • Availability to work weekends is required
  • Shifts typically run from 07:00 - 14:30 and 15:00 - 22:00
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic nature

  • Minimum of 16 hours per week, with a salary of £9,900.80 annually
  • Full-time salary for 40 hours per week is £24,752.00, with the same hourly pay for additional hours
