  • Before you start we provide training - classroom-based for the practicals and online (e-learning).
  • You are then paired with one of our current competent staff once you are scheduled on shifts so you won’t start to work on your own.
  • There is always someone at the end of the phone to support you and for any advice you need.

The Role:

Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes. Our clients are vulnerable adults and young adults and children who have a wide range of needs. This role requires you to be 18years plus as you will be required to administer medication.
