We are recruiting for care staff who are caring, reliable, professional and fun as this would make a good fit into our current team.

• Before you start we provide training - classroom-based for the practicals and online (e-learning).
• You are then paired with one of our current competent staff once you are scheduled on shifts so you won’t start to work on your own.
• There is always someone at the end of the phone to support you and for any advice you need.
• We ensure that everyone gets the best welcome possible and is made to feel that you are part of a family and not just a number.

The Role:

Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes. Our clients are vulnerable adults and young adults and children who have a wide range of needs. This role requires you to be 18years plus as you will be required to administer medication.

We are encouraging all staff to take the vaccine, we provide masks, aprons, gloves hand sanitisers, shoe covers and arm covers for staff. We do temperature testing and share regular updates so every team member is up to date.
