Home Carer

Flexserve is seeking to recruit experienced care workers to support young adults and older people living in the community. We value our carers and we have an open door support system to ensure our carers are working safely in the community. We follow the COVID 19 government guidelines to ensure service safety for both staff and carers.

• Your role will be to help promote independence, supporting clients within their own homes on a daily basis. The role is varied your visit could be to support client's personal care, promoting independce so the client maintains their dignity and become self sufficient to be in their own home with minimum support in the long term
• - Supporting with meal preparation
• - Supporting with medication
• - Ability to respect their privacy and confidentiality at all times
• - Showing empathy, respect, and dignity in every respect - for clients, families and colleagues and beyond
• - Promoting our values and what makes us different
• - Reporting of concerns to your line manager so that these can be followed up 

Requirements

- Your need to have over 6 months experience working as a carer

- Enhanced Disclosure check is required and will accept an active Online DBS 

- Refresher training courses can be provided when needed.
