We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and industries such as, retail, catering, leisure, and customer service industries. Join our team of care assistants in the North Devon area and become an excellent care professional.
Full training is provided in your first week, followed by regular ongoing support and coaching. This helps build your confidence in what you are doing.
You can become a care professional/support worker without qualification. We will provide all the training you need. We do ask though that you are caring and have a can-do attitude. Good communication skills are essential to role to allow you to build good working relationships with your clients.
