We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team as a Care Professional. Within this role, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.
The requirements of the role varies from client to client, but you may be required to help with aspects of personal care i.e., toileting, meal preparation, medication prompts, home help i.e., washing, laundry, and general cleaning duties, as well as companionship so accompanying the client to shops, pharmacies and attending social groups and activities.
As a Care Professional you will benefit from:
· Pay up to £13.20 per hour and double time on Bank Holidays
· PAID travel, waiting and training time of £10.50 per hour PLUS mileage
· Minimum ONE-HOUR visits
· Bespoke PAID training programmes including City and Guilds training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care and Parkinson’s training and End of life training.

No formal qualifications are required however previous experience in a health and social care, or a customer service role is beneficial. We will provide all the training required for the position.
You must have good people skills, be calm and able to adapt your approach to the meet the needs of the clients. A willingness to learn is also essential for the role of a Care Professional as each client is different and no two days are exactly the same.
