As a community support worker you will be required in helping to promote independance, dignity and positively enhancing the quality of lives of the individual in your care.

You will be providing support to a range of vulnerable adults who require different levels of care and support. Tasks such as personal care, assisting in and out of bed, toileting and bathing, household tasks, accessing the community safely, companioship, meal support, administering medication etc...

Provide you with a uniform.

Support you to complete your training and Care certificate.

Work with you as a staff member to ensure your experience with KC Carers LTD extends into becoming a member and partaking in our vision and working practice.
