from Carers, to Senior Carers to
work in many of our complex care packages, on guaranteed hour contracts.
Shifts available: Days & Nights Our usual shift
length is an industry standard 12 hours, and you will usually work
with another colleague on a 2 to 1 basis.

provider based in Telford who provide complex care services to our
clients in their own homes.
We are a leading provider of support to people with brain or spinal
injuries or those who suffer from a genetic or acquired condition,
such as cerebral palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Down Syndrome, Motor
Neurone etc.
The Carer Support Worker responsibilities
- You will be caring for and supporting clients in their own homes
and supporting their families and loved ones.
- The role involves working with vulnerable adults who require help
and support which could be one or a combination of the following:
clinical, practical, or mental.
- You must follow the client’s Care Plan and follow the instructions
of the Nurse Manager and will work in conjunction with colleagues,
JAM Care Nurse Manager and the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team
(District Nurse, Occupational Therapist, GP etc).
- At times you may be expected to accompany your client to visits
and appointments e.g. GP, hospital, days out, shopping trips etc.
and may be asked to care for your clients during any hospital stays.
- You will participate in training and development as required in
the interests of our overall service and to meet statutory requirements.
What you'll need as a Carer Support Worker:
- A valid right to work in the UK
- UK Driving licence + access to a car (or a way to get to work)
- To live in the area and be willing to travel to the homes of our clients.
- Excellent communication skills. Communication is key in all
aspects of your role: with client, family, colleagues etc.
