Duties and responsibilities

To assist with all aspects of personal care and support such as personal hygiene,assistance with meals, activities and social interaction.
Ensuring all records and documentation are updated.
Ensure clients are comfortable and assist with Manual Handling
Monitor and report any changes in a client wellbeing to the care coordinator or manager.

To build relationships with clients and their families to ensure they/their loved ones are safe and well cared for.
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting medical staff with patient care, taking vital signs, administering medications, providing emotional support to patients and their families, and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with their daily activities.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or doctor.
Assist with medical procedures as directed by the nurse or doctor.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Assist in transporting patients as needed.
Provide basic health education to patients and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
