As a Home Carer, you will play a vital role in helping adults maintain their independence and wellbeing in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. No experience necessary.
JOB ROLE:
• Delivering person-centred care and support to
clients, assisting in their daily routines including bathing,
dressing, food preparation, light domestic duties and other essential
activities
• Extending support to clients for their mobility
and transfer needs, using appropriate manual handling equipment when
required
• Diligently administering medications to clients,
strictly following their care plans and our medication policies
• Monitoring and promptly reporting any changes in clients' overall
health and well-being, to the management team
• Engaging
clients in social activities and assisting in various outings, as
appropriate and outlined in their care plans
• Maintaining
detailed and up-to-date records of the care services provided, such as
daily logs and comprehensive medication records
REQUIREMENTS:
• Caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and
reliable individuals
• A full, clean driving licence and own
transport
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of our
clients
• You must be available to work shifts for a
minimum of 3 days mid-week, plus alternate weekends between the
hours of 8am and 10pm.
