Job Summary

We are looking for experienced carers who would like to join the Medical Partnerships Care Team on a weekend basis i.e Saturday and Sunday.
The role involves providing support to the elderly within the comfort of their homes following their care plans.
You will need to be able to be a team player with the ability to work on your own with the support of your Team Leader. It is absolutely essential that you have a car and a clean driving licence with business car insurance.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Understanding of Medication Administration Records (MAR) sheets
- Ability to use Digital Care Programs such as Care Planner or PASS
- Have the use of a Smart Phone
- Must be vaccinated for Covid 19
- Have a caring attitude
- Willing the learn new ways of working
- Experience in working in a care setting for at least a year
