Job Summary
Date posted: 22 February 2025We are looking for experienced carers who would like to join the Medical Partnerships Care Team for the evening shifts between 6pm and 10pm
The role involves providing support to the elderly within the comfort of their homes following their care plans.
You will need to be able to be a team player with the ability to work on your own with the support of your Team Leader. It is absolutely essential that you have a car and a clean driving licence with business car insurance.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Must have the use of a smart phone
- Must be able to use Digital Care Plans
- Must be Covid Vaccinated
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a care setting
- Must be willing to learn
- Must have experience of using MAR sheets
- Must be able to support clients to get ready for bed
