Job Description:

Here at Home Instead South Bucks, we are looking to grow our team of Home Care Assistants in the South Bucks area, covering Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, the Chalfont's, High Wycombe, Bourne End and all surrounding areas.

We are looking for kind, caring, compassionate people who want to make a true difference by helping our elderly clients feel less lonely and more comfortable and fulfilled in their lives, for longer.

Home Care Assistant benefits:

  • Competitive rates of pay (£12.50ph - £14ph, double pay on bank holidays)

Our services include: Companionship, personal care and light housekeeping. Our Home Care Assistants encourage, assist and mentally stimulate our clients, enabling them to remain independent at home for as long as possible and enjoying life to the full.

Formal experience working in Care is not a requirement, as full training is provided before introducing you to our clients.  However, you must be a car driver with a UK driving licence, available to work alternate weekends, and happy to do personal care if required.

If you are a caring and compassionate person, then you already have the most important qualifications to be a Home Instead Care Assistant. We provide you with face-to-face interactive training before you start work, to ensure you're fully prepared for your new role!

Skills / Qualifications:

  • * £250 New Starter Bonus paid after completing 100 hours work with us.
  • ** We offer Guaranteed Hours contracts at 30+ hours weekly and part-time contracts to fit in with family commitments or other part time roles.
